Mango Lassi (Mango Smoothie)



It has the richness of a milkshake & really a magical taste...
U should definitely give it a try ...

Ingredients

1.Mango(ripe)-1(medium or big)
2.Sugar-5 to 6 tbsp
3.Milk-1/2cup
4.Yogurt-1cup(mostly 4 to 5 full tbsp)
5.Water

Method

~Cut the mangoes & add in a blender.
~Add all the other items together with mangoes & blend for 2mins.
~Open up & give it a taste..add more sugar or yogurt if needed.
~The consistency of the smoothie should be smooth and creamy.
~Make the thickness according to your wish..Add more water if you want it more loose & check the sweetness.
~Freeze it for atleast 1 hr.

Smooth smoothie ready..!!!
