Badam powder is very rich of protein.....It contains vitamin E and are helpful in keeping you look and feel young. It is good to drink in the mornings or at bedtime......Its gives a cooling effect during summer time...
Ingredients
1.Badam-3/4 cup2.Sugar-4 tbsp
3.Milk-2 cup
4.Vanilla Essence-3 drops or cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
~Soak badam in water for 5 to 10 mins.Until when you can peel of its skin..Just check that in between.
~Peel of the skin of badam..(A little boring task..4 me)
~Grind this badam..when u feel its grinded,add little water & grind it to a paste.(grind finely)(Ethrathoolam thari illathe eduthal athrayum nallathu)
~Boil milk in a sauce pan(chaaya paathram).
~Add sugar & badam paste in milk.(sugar accordng to taste)
~Let the milk boil.
~Off the flame & add vanilla essence to make it more aromatic & stir well & let it cool.
~Once cooled,refrigerate it.
~Served chilled..
So lets have a nutritious punch today ..
After i started having my yummy badam milk i remembered about taking a photo..thats why the glass seems to have less of the milk..he he..Couldn't wait much..Dont mind..
