This is one of the most famous indo-chinese recipe...I got this recipe from my sisters mother-in-law...My hubby was fond of this when we went there for a dinner..This may be a common dish ..but i hope some would be interested in this recipe..
Serve this with Fried rice ,dosa, appam, chappathi & parathas.
Ingredients
For marination
1. Cauliflower- 1(Separate the florets)
2. Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
3. Corn flour- 1 tbsp
4. Egg-1
5.Salt- 1 tsp
~Make a paste of the 5 ingredients & coat the cauliflower florets with it & marinate it for half n hr by keeping it in the fridge.

For sauce
1.Oil-2 tbsp
2. Savalla- 2(big+chopped)
3.Ginger(grated/chopped)
4.Garlic-6(grated/chopped)
5.Green chilly-1 (slit into half)
6-Capsicum-1 (chopped)
7-Tomato ketchup-3 tbsn
8-Tomato sauce- 2 tsp
9-Soya sauce-2 tspn

Preparation
~Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add onions & salt & saute till light brown.
~While the onions are being cooked you can half fry the cauliflower florets by adding some oil in a fry pan & keep aside.
~Add ginger,garlic n green chilly to the tender onions & cook for 2 mins.
~Add capsicum & cook for 2 mins.
~Add tomato ketchup, tomato sauce, soya sauce & mix well.
~Add the fried florets to it & mix well cook for 2 mins.
~ Now pour water & 1/2 tsp cornflour & cook for 3 mins.
~Add 1/2 tsp chilly powder if needed.
~Cook till thick gravy.
Chilly Gobi ready...this serves for 3-4.
