Got some fish yesterday cooked chappathis along with this..was really hot & tasty..& easy to try too..
Ingredients
1.Fish-1/2kg(thick pieces would b better)
For marination
2.Chilly powder-2tsp
3.Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
4.Pepper-1/2tsp
5.Salt
6.Lemon-1/2tsp or vinegar

For Roast
7.Onion-3(large)(cut in thick pieces)
8.Tomato-2(large)(cut in blocks)
9.Chilly powder-1/2tsp
10.Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
11.Green chilly-2(slit in halves)
12.Ginger-1tbsp(grated)
13.Garlic-1tspp(grated)
14.Curry leaves
15.vinegar-1tsp

Preparation
~Mix the items 2 to 6 with little water & salt & make a thick paste &
marinate the fish with this..& keep for atleast 1hr in fridge(2hrs
recommended).
~Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large kadai.
~Fry the marinated fish(dont let it burn..half fry would be enough..dont make it soo hard)
~Take out the fish & keep aside.
~In the same oil, add ginger & saute for 2mins & add garlic & saute for 1 min.
~Add onions & saute with little salt till golden color.
~Add chilly powder & turmeric powder & cook for 1 min.
~Add tomatoes & green chilly & curry leaves & cook till tomatoes get smashy.
~Then add the fried fish & mix well..(without hitting the fish..it can break..carefull..)
~Add vinegar & check the salt.
~Cook for atleast 15-20 mins in low flame..add curry leaves in between 1 tbsp oil...& shake d whole kadai in between(so it dosent stick to the bottom of the kadai)...
Fish roast readyyy !!!
