Mango Sunrise


                  Sunrise is a cocktail drink primarily for energizing you ! It is important to refuel your body after a workout due to loss of water, electrolytes, and breakdown of muscles.....It packs a boost of energy and protein....We had this at iftar...& it was sooo refreshing with a unique taste... 



Ingredients

1.Fresh ripe mango 2 (peeled & sliced) 
2.Banana-1(chiquita)
3.Orange juice- of 1 or 2 oranges
4.Fresh milk/Fresh cream- 1/2 cup
5.Sugar -as required (depends on the sweetness of fruits)

Preparations

~Add the sliced mangoes, sliced banana & squeezed orange juice with sugar & 1 cup of water in the blender.
~Blend for 2 mins & check its sweetness(add more sugar & water..(don't make it much thick)) 
~If the sourness of the orange juice is not enough, add more orange juice ,else can add 1 or 2 tbsp of Tang(Orange or Lemon Flavor)
~Pour the whole juice to a jar & pour milk into it & mix well with a spoon..
~Can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass while serving...(optional)

Mango Sunrise with lots of energy boosters is ready !!!!
